The site is managed in the Republic of South Africa and promotes the sale of various product lines. Purchases made from the site are subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement. The Vinyl Cutters website may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of Vinyl Cutters.

Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

Vinyl Cutters cannot be held liable for any inaccurate information published on the Website and/or any incorrect prices displayed on the Website where such liability arises from the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of Vinyl Cutters or authorised representatives. Vinyl Cutters can not be forced to honour incorrect pricing under any circumstance whether it be caused by human error or a system fault.

Vinyl Cutters does not guarantee that the services provided by the site will be uninterrupted or error free, or that the website, its servers or e-mails sent from Vinyl Cutters are free from viruses.

Vinyl Cutters, their directors, members, employers, employees and suppliers shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense which may be suffered.

By accepting the terms and conditions you indemnify Vinyl Cutters from any loss or damage suffered, including without limitation in respect of any claim or demand by any third party by reason of any act or omission on your part or that of any family member, agent or representative acting on your behalf in connection with transactions concluded.

Vinyl Cutters's liability whether in contract or delict arising from any breach of any obligation in terms of this Agreement, negligence or otherwise shall not exceed at any time more than the monetary value of the items purchased with regards to any dispute.

Product warranties

All goods sold by Vinyl Cutters hold a warranty which is held by the respective manufacturer. Should an item become faulty within the warranty period, simply inform Vinyl Cutters. Please note that should any goods be tampered with by anyone besides the manufacturer's representative or should the goods be operated on outside the manufacturer's specified ranges, the warranty falls away. Please note that you will be required to produce proof of purchase or the warranty card.

Missing Items

If you suspect any items are missing, please send pics and we will check our cameras. Our cameras record for 7days, after this we are unable to help with missing items.

Delivery times

Vinyl Cutters strives to fulfill orders as soon as possible. Under normal circumstances, the time it takes for a local order from when an order is placed until it is dispatched for delivery: Major Centres 1-3 working days, Regional Areas via Courier: 2 to 5 working days ,  Remote Areas via Courier: 5 to 10 working days

Applicable law

Vinyl Cutters website and all communications and transactions concluded using the website, are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Invitation to do business

The products which are displayed on Vinyl Cutters website is seen as an invitation to do business with Vinyl Cutters. Transactions are only confirmed when Vinyl Cutters has accepted your transaction and the acceptance is communicated to you via email or telephone call. Please note: if an item is out of stock at the time of a credit card transaction - a full refund will be applied to your order.

The price of any products sold through Vinyl Cutters including shipping costs shall be relayed to you at the time of your order however, if your location is a very regional location an extra delivery charge may be levied. By visiting the Vinyl Cutters website you agree that the terms and conditions will be applicable to all further transactions and website visits.

Stock

Vinyl Cutters will take all reasonable efforts to monitor stock levels and ensure that when stock is no longer available, that listed products are removed from our website. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of stock and we will only be liable for delivery of the products when the products are available. When products are no longer available after conclusion of a sale, Vinyl Cutters will notify you and you will be entitled to either select another product or choose to receive a refund of the amount paid by you.

Cancelled orders and unwanted goods

The goods must be returned to us in the condition they were dispatched, complete with all packaging, Unused, Not printed or Cut and NEVER removed from the packaging. The Cost of Return is paid by the Client (you).
Blades, Blade -Holders, Transfer Papers, Vinyls Cut from the Roll cannot be returned, as well as any item broken during the printing process
Cancellation/Return of unwanted orders/items incur a 10% handling fee to cover processing/handling fees.
If an unwanted product is returned for exchange for a different product the customer will be charged or refunded any price difference plus return shipping.

Outside of Normal Use Policy

If an item or Machine purchased is used outside of Normal use or used for any application not specifically made for, then all warranties and returns will be void.
These items cannot be returned.

Return Policy

No Machine can be returned unless unused and unopened within 7 days.
All consumables can be returned if unused and within 7 days of Purchase.
Printed and open items may not be returned.

All returns are for the cost of the customer

Electronic communications

When a user visits the Vinyl Cutters or sends e-mails to Vinyl Cutters, you are consenting to communicating with us electronically. Vinyl Cutters will communicate with you by e-mail.

User information

When purchasing products, you are required to provide Vinyl Cutters with complete and accurate information about yourself and you agree that the information provided to Vinyl Cutters is correct. Purchasing from Vinyl Cutters is restricted to persons over the age of 18. Any person not permitted to register as a purchaser but who does so, shall be guilty of committing fraud.

Security policy

Payfast processes all credit card transactions. All credit card transactions are 128 bit Secure Socket Layers (SSL) encrypted. The company registration documents and the site's registered domain name are checked and verified by Thawte, ensuring the cardholder and merchant that nobody can impersonate Payfast to obtain confidential information. Payfast payments is committed to providing secure online services. All encryption complies with international standards. Encryption is used to protect the transmission of personal information when completing online transactions. Payfast's internet servers are protected by firewalls and intrusion detection systems. The Merchant does not have access to credit details. Payfast continually reviews and enhances its security in line with technological changes.

We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor any activity and content associated with the Website. We may investigate any reported violation of these conditions or complaints and take any action that we deem appropriate (which may include, but is not limited to, issuing warnings, suspending, terminating or attaching conditions to your access and/or removing any materials from the Website).

We reserve the right to change, modify, add to or remove from portions or the whole of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted to this Website. Consent

I understand that all the designs and trademarks are registered to Vinyl Cutters and hereby accept the terms and conditions. I undertake not to copy/duplicate the trademarks and designs directly or indirectly in any way and understand the legal implications thereof. Should I be found to be in violation of this agreement I understand that I will be held liable for all legal costs incurred by Vinyl Cutters for any civil action or any legal action deemed necessary against me.
